Pintchick was a highly gifted musician and a outstanding pianist who finished the music conservatory in Leningrad.
But it is not this alone that made Pintchick the giant in Chazonus which he was.
Pintchick refined his pieces as to bring out of them the essence of Chassidic “Deveikus” and the purity of the phrases with shades of softness and warmth unsurpassed by others.
Pintchick had a voice with a limited diapason but the special soft and deep quality of his voice, made him stand out amongst other Chazonim.
Some of his compositions like the “Rozo D’Shabbos” and “Riboynoy Shel Oylom” from Sfiroh, are considred amongst all-time foremost Chazonus pieces.
